  1. Jen- I was late to discovering the brilliance of The Office, but caught myself up via DVDs prior to this season. I thought it was great. There are always so many little moments, it's hard to single them out. There is so much humor in Michael's patheticness. I feel like this could be the next Seinfeld if they play their cards right and they can get Carell to stick around a while. I also like the fact that they offer extra scenes.

  8. I am in the UK so am far too attached to the original to dare look at the US version - but David Brent is a genius writer.

  9. I started watching "The Office" two years ago when the American version started. It just keeps getting better. I think Carell is brilliant. The rest of the cast is very good as well. I forget the name of the actor that plays Jim, but he is the master of the subtle look at the camera.

At some point I need to check out the original series.

    Thanks Jen!
There is so little worth watching nowadays, I'm always on the lookout for good stuff.
