I was cleaning the basement on Saturday
and I came across a box full of nonsense
and I found this...
my Clash of the Titans action figure
circa 1981
it's mine... you can't have it
(when I was 8 years old, I thought Clash of the Titans
was the greatest movie ever made)
it's okay to be envious of my action figure
it's understandable

I'm not at all envious. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever seen the movie. I do seem to recall it being on HBO around '81 or 2, but don't remember watching it.
ReplyDeleteyou gotta see it
ReplyDeleteit's a classic!
Them's some sexy Brad (Troy) Pitt legs! You must have had fun playing with Mr. Titan.
ReplyDeleteCome to think of it...I ain't seen the flic either.
It is a classic abd highly bizarre at the same time. I mean, Laurence Olivier and Harry Hamlin? What a match. It is entertaining, though.
ReplyDeleteYou should put the action figure on E-Bay. Somebody from Fargo will probably bid $50 grand for it.
UNLEASH THE KRAKEN!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you explianed that it was an action figure. I thought it was Orlando Bloom. But then I realised the action figure has a greater range of emotion.zcic
ReplyDeletescarlet, stop picking on Orlando!
ReplyDeleteHow can these people have never seen Clash of the Titans? How?
ReplyDeleteIt was so awesome, with the owl, and the ugly guy with hooves, and the scorpion fight????
It's worth watching for Medusa alone.
Oh there are so many things...
I know!!!
ReplyDeleteIt boggles the mind...
LOVE Clash of the Titans! I try to watch it whenever it is on. Harry was hot back then... now, not so much.
ReplyDeleteI had nightmares about that Medusa!
I'm so jealous!
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm off to eBay.
Too bad you removed it from it's original packaging Jen. You could have got $1,000 for it on eBay. Or more.
