ReplyDeleteI worked in a grocery store for about 5 years total, but not all in a row. My favorite was working in frozen foods cause I could get away with taking lots of breaks. Plus it was a resort area so girls came to the store in bathing suits, and you know what happens when they are in the frozen aisle. I had my own nametag, on one side it said "Official Slacker" under my name. True story.
ReplyDeleteThe first two jobs I had both went out of business about a year after I quit them. I guess they just couldn't get by without me.
So, this is a grocery store then? I worked the Deli section at a grocers in my youth. I bet I still have the name tag in a box somewhere.
