Hey! What about sleeping with one leg bent backwards over my head, with the other knee towards my chest. My hands are then clasped together between my legs-one arm going behind me and the other coming from the front. I find this most relaxing.
I totally sleep on my side like that and believe it or not Nervousness IS my middle name. (I was named after a Southern Aunt who got the vapors alot)
