I thought it was a Mini-Me doll when I saw the picture.
ReplyDeleteTerri is right he looks like a serial killer. My brother had an Eddie Munster puppet that kinda looked like that.
ReplyDeleteA guy I wne to school with had one. He used it to scare the shit out of his little sister. If I remember rigth, he lost most of the "makeup" parts, so Hugo was just the man of 3 faces.
