Stuffed-mushroom caps as an appetizer, and for the main course: Roast duck with a delicate apricot glaze, a caesar salad with a light herb-vinagrette (i never knew how to spell that) dressing and for desert strawberry-rhubarb pie with whipped cream topping. Of course, I made it all myself.
So, are you insinuating that I'm fabricating my lunch menu???? ARE you??! Well, that would be rather pathetic, don't you think? And believe me, Mister Dick Small is ANYthing but pathetic, little lady.
I had a foot long "The Feast" from Subway on Italian herb & cheese bread. With Monterrey Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. And it was toasted. And very, very, tasty.

I soooo agree with MixedNut. Don't they put cheese on pizza in R.I.? That would REALLY make my feelings about Rhode Island plummet. PLUMMET I SAY!
