I'm not working today. I work four 10 hour days, so I was scheduled to be off today. Since a state holiday fell on my normal day off they pay me an extra 8 hours of straight pay, so I worked 20 hours and get paid for 48, 10 hours holiday for yesterday and 8 hours for today. Today is one of those days when I LOVE my job, and love my union!
Yeah-sorry. No, that sucks! No really, there are a few of you people Chris and you, maybe who were working that day. I wasn't, but lets not belabor that point.
