does anyone know?

Does anyone know who's underwear this is?
I found them on the ground next to my garage

And it's not like I live in a ghetto...
making this "find" - even more perplexing

they look BRANDY NEW fresh out of the package!
So if they belong to YOU
I'll send them back if you send me a self addressed
stamped envelope
