Wow, flashback I had one like this but mine was a five speed. I added this extension tubes on the forks thus making it look like a chopper. The sissy bar I had was the same lenght but mine had a pad for cushioning. I was styling every time I rode on it.

Thanks for the memories.

I have a neighbor who's gotta be in his late 50's who rides around 'hood on a candy apple red one in a suit.

Um...He's in the suit, not the bike. The bike is naked.

I'll try to get a picture.

Yes, he's crazy.

Dear Everyone:

On my 10th birthday, I received a bike somewhat similar to this one. Only, it was more special because it was peach colored and on the chain gaurd it said, "Peaches and Cream" - Yes, my dad hid it in the shower and made me bring it out to show my friends my new bike (mind you, I asked for a Mongoose dirt bike). Well, Little Miss Jen happened to be at that party (with the Michael Jackson Ice Cream Cake) and INSISTED I drive it up and down the street (while I cried and she laughed hysterically). "Peaches and Cream" she cried, "Peaches and Cream"... Jen I'd like my $79.99 back for therapy fees. Thanks.

BWAhahha!!

Didn't the handle
bars came off when
you were riding it??
I remember
your father got mad
and was swearing as he
tried to fix it

I had a bike like this....except my father wouldn't let me have the long handle bars.....and the tires were solid rubber. You never have to fill them with air, but you feel every bump on the road.

It took years of counseling to clear that emotional hurdle. But I am stronger for it...I think.

I got one when I was 8 only in pink and my parents refused to ever get me another one because it had cost so much.

It was fun until I hit a major growth spurt and looked like some circus act riding it.
