Look who was digging in my mulch
Saturday morning

I think it's a
box turtle but I could be wrong - I'm no Herpetologist

I'm guessing it's a female
looking for a place to lay her eggs in my mulch
I hope she did..
I want some baby turtles hanging out around my house
that would be cool
just sayin'

Note to self: New business idea, Turtle car washes!
maybe you could start a zoo?
That's the trouble with turtles that trespass...they never seem to be able to runaway without getting caught.
Hey that would be cool to raise your own turtle soup. hehehe :)
Looks like a diamond back terrapin but the shell would have to be clean for me to be sure.
