I was 16 and I remember the day it came on. I think we got cable just for the MTV. You have to catch MTV2 to get any music nowadays. shameful.

25 years ago...12 and no cable. had to go to kerri scanlon's house to watch Thriller. but her mom was always working and her dad was always out drinking so her house was more fun, clearly...
