I have always been confused by Albert Brooks. He is referred to as a comedian, but I have yet to laugh. I would categorically put him in the same group as Richard Lewis & Julie Louise Dreyfus.
It's not comedy. It's anti-comedy. If you put it a room with comedy, it would explode...tearing a massive hole in the time-space continuum.
