I am kinda blank after seeing this... it has made what was left of my brain fester away...
Yikes. What exactly was the purpose of those? Safety, exercise, and how to tell someone you don't like them?
I think the programme intent is to teach the viewer English.
Apparently "useful" phrases reinforced by repetition.
Either that, or they are all mad as Hatters.
I can't wait for the English version to come out! I want to know how to say those phrases in Japanese... and learn the appropriate dance steps!

I would guess that this was supposed to be a safety video... but here are the problems I have with this
1. Apparently there are only Caucasian and English Speaking Robbers
2. Apparently robbers in Asia only travel in pairs
3. When the hell did robbers start wearing underwear on their heads and putting the stinky thong straps under their noses?
4. It drives my OCD absolutely nuts that they have the two girls dressed in purple together and the girl dressed in green by herself... it throws off my sense of Feng Shui
There goes 3 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
