I am very curious how the most intelligently written cartoon can focus on one story when they have already produced 100's of classic stories.
Imo, the early years of the Simpsons were magical. They have lost their way in mass production over the years. I just think this is a huge risk. Why do it? If the movie isn't better than one of its many episodes, what's the point? The standards are too high.
Like the Simpsons or not, it has been, and especially was the most sophisticated writing TV has ever seen.

that put some laughing tears in my eyes. Thanks Jen. I might just go and watch this bit of art when it comes out.
That's just too funny, I have loved the Simpsons since they started.
I saw that last night.
Thank You

The trailer is certainly funny. Thanks Jen. I don't know when the release is due in the UK. I might pop over in July to watch it.
I think in terms of the enjoyment given me by this show, any outlay is well worth the risk.
OOOOOO...I can't wait!!!!
