pumpkin seeds

I toasted pumpkin seeds last night
and they were wicked good

I like a good pumpkin seed now and then. Sure, the sodium content is liable to snap my arteries shut, but, hey - what's life without risk but a tasteless pumpkin seed?

do you mix them with any spices?

I just sprayed some olive oil spray
on the bottom of the pan then put some salt on them

Aye, not fuh nuttin', but - it's "wickit" good and "wickit" retahtid - and yes, they are the same thing.

I'm sad that I didn't carve a pumpkin this year just because I miss the pumpkin seeds!

Me too! It was all I could do to not shovel them all in my mouth during Heroes.

I make mine slightly different (butter, Lawry's, and garlic powder).
