this is something a child might have in their room but not in the office. for a grown man!
I think the person giving the present was on drugs.
After reading Steven Kings, "IT" I haven't like clowns.
If someone gave me this I would say thank you. Then, when they were asleep, I'd break into their house, dressed as that clown, and wake them up.
One of the finest paint-by-numbers works I have seen.
I once worked for someone who received from a client a sweater knitted out of dog hair. This clown picture is worse than that.
