Kirby Puckett Died
Baseball Hall of Famer Kirby Puckett, who helped lead the Minnesota Twins to World Series titles in 1987 and 1991, died Monday after suffering a stroke over the weekend, the team announced.
He was 45.
Why Blog about it you ask? I dunno...
I Grew up watching baseball with my father. (Red Sox Fans)
My father would swear at the TV and throw the remote across the room when the Sox were losing. But that's an entirely different blog...
I'm not much of a basball fan anymore.
I think the players are nothing but over paid cry babies.
I've turned to football and proud to be a fan of the great New England Patriots!
Anyway, I'll always remember Kirby Puckett from those days and his "trademark smile."
So long Kirby.
